About a year ago, I heard through the grapevine about this “short sale kid” in Florida who was making well over $100,000 a month flipping short sales.
The rumors were THICK: “there’s this phenom KID.. he sleeps in.. he plays video games.. he BARELY works.. and he does over $100 GRAND/month because he has this amazing system in his business.”
Like the guy in this video, I immediately called B.S. …
… but like the guy in this video, I was proven very wrong.
In October I was visiting my friend Andrew in Tampa & we went to Relevant Church on Sunday.
It turned out this “Short Sale Kid” went to the same church!
So I met him — and didn’t like him at first — but he’s grown on me. And no one can argue with the results he’s getting in his business.
At any given time, his team is working 100 to 120 short sale deals…
He DOES do an average of $100,000 a month flipping short sales alone…
This week, he’s already closing his 6th deal of the month in one of the most depressed markets in the country, Tampa…
And a few weeks ago, at a seminar in Las Vegas, I watched him turn $400.00 into $32,000.00 at the blackjack table (I wish that was a joke, but it’s 110% true).
He has one of the coolest, sexiest short sale systems I’ve ever seen.

@scam123 - I’m assuming you’re referring to the fact that your link only pulls up 26 transactions.

“First of all the search he ran was for judgments and lis pendens, not deeds which are closings…(and that is because my notice is recorded before the lis pended is filed so I am included in the case very much like a 2nd mortgage).
If you run a search on for D for deeds there are 52 transactions.
I have also partnered with multiple investors in the last year so (Andava Properties LLC, Scott Nissensohn, Chad McChesney and Lee Kearney) so none of those are included in your results.
This is also only Hillsborough County, I also do deals in Pinellas and Pasco County as well so none of the transactions he is looking up are on that site.
Anything else??”
